Equal at Work

The purpose of Equal at Work is to help address workplace issues like harassment and biased treatment, and help build safer workplace environments.

 

Through our programs and resources, we work closely with employees and companies to address DEI issues, build fair policies, and empower employees to thrive regardless of their background or identity.

 

Founded by Renee Barnes, who brings over 20 years of DEI and Technology experience, having worked with companies like Prologis, Novelis, Amplitude, VMware, Coca-Cola, Atlanta Falcons, and more.
